Petmigos ("we", "us") is a pet-services marketplace in Israel that connects pet owners with dog walkers and pet sitters. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Account & profile: name, email address (via Google or Apple sign-in), profile photo.
Location: the address and approximate coordinates you provide, used to show nearby providers and calculate distance.
Pets / family members: details and photos you add.
Service & booking activity: listings, bookings, reviews and favorites.
Messages: chat content exchanged between owners and providers.
Payment information: processed by our payment provider (Meshulam). We do not store full card details.
Device & technical data: push-notification token, app analytics and crash diagnostics.

How we use your data

To provide the marketplace: matching owners and providers, bookings and messaging.
To process payments and apply platform fees.
To send notifications related to your bookings and messages.
To improve the app and diagnose crashes.
To keep the service safe and prevent abuse.

Data security

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Access to stored data is protected by authentication and row-level security rules.

Data retention & deletion

You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account in the app, or by emailing us. See our Account Deletion page for details. We may retain limited transaction records where required by law.

Children

The app is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children.

Petmigos ("אנחנו") היא פלטפורמת שירותי חיות מחמד בישראל המחברת בין בעלי חיות מחמד למטיילי כלבים ופטסיטרים. מדיניות זו מסבירה אילו נתונים אנו אוספים, כיצד אנו משתמשים בהם, ומהן זכויותיכם. השימוש באפליקציה מהווה הסכמה למדיניות זו.

מידע שאנו אוספים

חשבון ופרופיל: שם, כתובת דוא"ל (באמצעות התחברות עם גוגל או אפל), תמונת פרופיל.
מיקום: הכתובת והקואורדינטות המשוערות שתמסרו, לצורך הצגת נותני שירות בקרבתכם וחישוב מרחק.
חיות מחמד / בני משפחה: פרטים ותמונות שתוסיפו.
פעילות שירות והזמנות: רשימות שירות, הזמנות, ביקורות ומועדפים.
הודעות: תוכן הצ'אט בין בעלים לנותני שירות.
פרטי תשלום: מעובדים על ידי ספק התשלומים שלנו (משולם). איננו שומרים פרטי כרטיס מלאים.
נתוני מכשיר וטכניים: אסימון התראות, אנליטיקס ואבחון קריסות.

כיצד אנו משתמשים בנתונים

להפעלת הפלטפורמה: התאמה בין בעלים לנותני שירות, הזמנות והודעות.
לעיבוד תשלומים והחלת עמלות הפלטפורמה.
לשליחת התראות הקשורות להזמנות ולהודעות שלכם.
לשיפור האפליקציה ואבחון תקלות.
לשמירה על בטיחות השירות ומניעת שימוש לרעה.

אבטחת מידע

כל הנתונים מוצפנים בעת ההעברה באמצעות HTTPS/TLS. הגישה לנתונים מאוחסנים מוגנת באמצעות אימות וכללי אבטחה ברמת השורה.

שמירת נתונים ומחיקה

ניתן למחוק את החשבון בכל עת דרך פרופיל → מחק חשבון באפליקציה, או באמצעות פנייה אלינו בדוא"ל. לפרטים ראו את עמוד מחיקת החשבון. ייתכן שנשמור רשומות עסקה מוגבלות כנדרש על פי חוק.

קטינים

האפליקציה מיועדת למשתמשים בני 18 ומעלה ואינה מכוונת לילדים.
