Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (instant)

1. Open the Petmigos app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email petmigos.il@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and login credentials
• Your profile (name, photo, address/location, service listings)
• Your pets / family members
• Your bookings, reviews, favorites and chat messages
• Uploaded photos

What we may retain

We may retain a limited amount of transaction and payment records where required by law (e.g. tax and accounting obligations in Israel) for the legally mandated period. Such records are kept secured and are not used for any other purpose. Where possible, data is anonymised so it can no longer be linked to you.
